EFFECTIVNESS OF CLOSED-LOOPLOAD LEVEL TRAINING FOR NCREASING OF FUNCTIONAL ABILLITIES OF AN ORGANISM

Vishnevsky Vladimir Antonovich  (Candidate of Biological Sciences, Professor of State University of Surgut )

The physiological mechanisms and effectiveness of variable cycle ergometer and treadmill closed-loop load leveltraining were studied. Itwasrevealedthat, despite the variable nature of the work, in the 2nd and subsequent series of loads a stable standing in terms of the respiratory coefficient occurs at the level of the threshold of anaerobic metabolism with a consistently high oxygen pulse, conditions are created for increasing the oxidative potential due to the connection of fibers of the second type without pronounced accumulation products of glycolysis. The advantage of the experimental group was expressed in minimizing the pulse at 4-9 steps of work, reducing physiological costs (S), reducing the rate of increase in fatigue (α), and improving recovery processes (β).

Keywords:cycle ergometer and treadmill closed-loop load leveltraining; physiological mechanisms; efficiency
