THE HISTORY OF LEGAL EDUCATION IN CHUVASHIA 1991-2008

In the article author examines the history of the formation of modern legal education in the Chuvash Republic from 1991 to 2008. Higher and secondary professional education in law experienced many difficulties in 1990s, related to the training of personnel for the Ministry of the internal Affairs, judicial and law enforcement systems, with problems of the availability of professors and funding. The reference of the article is based on the stages of formation of legal education since 1991 in Chuvashia. The hypothesis of the study is that the current situation in 1990 demanded a raise efficiency in relation to legal education of the among the population, where in the future it was based on political, economic and socio-cultural conditions this region. The novelty of the research consists in the goal to trace the origins of development legal education in Chuvash Republic, since there not much research on this topic.
