THE LAND QUESTION OF THE POPULATION OF THE KADIKEY TYUBA OF THE KIRGIZ LAND VOLOST IN THE LAST QUARTER OF THE 19TH CENTURY

The article examines the land issue of votchinniks and pripushchenniks of the Kirgiz land volost of the Menzelinsky district of the Ufa province in the last quarter of the 19th century. The main attention is paid to the “teptyars” dd. Aktanysh and Chugana, as well as votchinniks dd. Kadykeevo and Aishevo. "Bashkirs" dd. Old Alimovo and New Alimovo, who were former pripushchenniks, sought to achieve recognition as votchinnikas, despite the lack of documented rights and resistance from the votchinniks. Because of the land issue, the pripushchenniks of dd. Kadykeevo and Aishevo expressed a desire to move to the village of Tolnamasovo and receive land plots there.
