THE ROLE OF CURATORSHIP IN UNITING STUDENT TEAMS

In the article, the authors show how curation affects the development of university student teams in modern educational conditions. The study used questionnaires and testing of teachers and students to identify their points of view. The functions of curators, forms and methods of mentoring, the relationship of students to the curator, the influence of the curator's personality, methods of increasing group cohesion to improve student relationships were identified. The article examines how a curator can create a cohesive team of students through his work at a higher educational institution. The data of a sociological study on the role of the curator in maintaining student relationships after graduation are presented. The development of the student body is necessary to improve the work of the entire higher education institution. The development of the student body is based on the relationship between students and curators, so it is necessary to pay great attention to this. This will contribute to the development of the student body and favorable relationships at the university.
