The need for systematic, purposeful activities to form a culture of interpersonal communication in children's health camps is due to the importance of the problem of forming a culture of communication and the really existing unique opportunities of summer health camps in terms of solving this educational task. In modern pedagogy, the rich experience of organizing the educational work of summer health camps is insufficiently theoretically understood and generalized, including in relation to the education of the culture of communication among adolescents as an important personal characteristic. The purpose of the article is to identify a set of pedagogical conditions, to characterize their content, structure and ways of implementation that contribute to the effective formation of a culture of interpersonal communication. Materials and methods of research. The study was conducted in summer health camps in the Belgorod region with the participation of 973 children at the ascertaining stage and 155 adolescents at the formative stage of the study in the summer of 2021. The following methods were used: the method of expert assessments, conversation, interviews, questionnaires. Teachers of the Pedagogical Institute of the National Research University "BelSU", directors and senior educators of summer health camps were involved as experts. The results of the study. Two groups of pedagogical conditions have been identified and substantiated: organizational-pedagogical and psychological-pedagogical conditions. The proposed classification is based on the author's ideas that: The process of forming a culture of communication of a teenager requires specially organized, purposeful activity on the part of educators, counselors, camp administration, children's self-government, self-education of a teenager. In addition, the effectiveness of communication by its nature is a psychological category, due to many individual psychological characteristics, emotional state, life and personal experience of a teenager, family traditions, etc.. In the group of organizational and pedagogical conditions, the following are highlighted: the organization of socially significant activities of a temporary children's collective; the priority of play activities; the development of the activity of pupils, encouraging their initiative in interpersonal communication. A set of psychological and pedagogical conditions is substantiated: the creation of motives among pupils aimed at forming a culture of interpersonal communication; filling children's activities with personally significant content; the development of subjectivity as a personal characteristic of children and adolescents in the process of forming a culture of interpersonal communication; dialogization of communication "teacher – pupil", "pupil – pupil". Conclusion. Conclusions are drawn about the possibility of implementing reasonable conditions within the framework of children's health camps, their positive impact on the formation of a culture of interpersonal communication of a teenager using modern forms, methods and techniques of educational activity.
