DEVELOPMENT OF CREATIVE COMPETENCE IN UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS MAJORING IN «MANAGEMENT»

The article addresses the current issue of developing creative competence in undergraduate students majoring in «management». It analyzes modern research in the field of creativity formation in higher education. The importance of creative thinking for future managers is justified in the context of the growth of creative industries. Key skills and competencies necessary for specialists in the creative economy are described. The results of studies demonstrating students' perception of the role of creativity in management activities are presented. Approaches to developing creative competence within the educational process are proposed.
