The article examines the pedagogical conditions necessary for the implementation of continuous inclusive education in the context of its impact on the development of university science. The authors analyze how these conditions contribute to the integration of individuals with special educational needs into the academic environment, taking into account the current requirements of digitalization and globalization. Based on the principles of humanization and social recognition, the work proposes methods for adapting educational standards that take into account the individual characteristics of students and contribute to their academic and scientific development. The results of the study emphasize the importance of creating suitable conditions for the development of scientific potential and the involvement of a wide range of citizens in research activities, which can become one of the key areas of pedagogical innovation in our time.
