IDEOLOGICAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL TIES OF THE COMMUNIST PARTY OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION WITH THE COMMUNIST PARTIES OF THE FORMER SOVIET REPUBLICS

The ideological continuity and organizational ties of communist parties in the post-Soviet space represent a unique phenomenon of political reality that requires deep scientific understanding. This study reveals the key role of the Communist Party in coordinating the activities of the left forces through the prism of the functioning of the UPC-CPSU. Relying on a wide range of sources and using methodological tools, including a systematic approach, comparative and institutional analysis, the author traces the evolution of relations between communist parties in the post-Soviet space from the moment of the collapse of the USSR to the present. The paper reveals the key mechanisms of ideological and political interaction within the framework of the UPC-CPSU, analyzes the role of the Communist Party as a leading force in this association, and also examines specific examples of cooperation between Russian communists and fraternal parties in various CIS countries. Special attention is paid to the strategic goals of the UPC-CPSU aimed at the reintegration of the post-Soviet space and obstacles to their implementation. The author concludes that, despite the transformation of the global context, the communist idea retains its mobilization potential and remains a significant factor in political processes in the territory of the former USSR, acting as an ideological and political pivot for the possible formation of a renewed integration association.
