MODERN TRENDS IN THE SYSTEM OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR PHILOLOGY TEACHERS: RUSSIAN AND FOREIGN EXPERIENCE

The article focuses on the study of modern trends and approaches in the professional development system for philology teachers in Russia and abroad. The work analyzes current areas of teacher professional development within the context of new educational standards and global challenges.Special attention is given to the challenge of developing interpretive and analytical skills among teachers of Russian language and literature. The research methodology includes an analysis of scientific literature, content analysis of educational programs and a comparative analysis of international experience. The results of the study reveal the need for specialized professional development programs aimed at enhancing critical thinking and analytical skills among philology teachers.
