FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE TEACHER TRAINING SYSTEM IN THE ALTAY REPUBLIC (1920-1960)

The article highlights the history of the creation of the teacher training system in the Altay Republic, the conditions and features of its formation. The forms, content and methods of teacher training, the activities of the regional pedagogical office and the experience of the methodological service of the region are shown. The role of pedagogical education institutions in the development of the system of advanced training of personnel in the Gorny Altay, the appointment and activities of the Institute of teacher improvement are determined.
