PROFESSIONAL TESTS: THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE METHOD OF PROFESSIONAL SELF-DETERMINATION OF SCHOOLCHILDREN IN THE SUBJECT AREA "LABOR"

The relevance of using professional tests in the process of professional orientation of students today is beyond doubt and is considered as a means of actualizing professional self-determination and activating the creative potential of the individual schoolchildren. This approach is aimed at expanding the boundaries of the possibilities of traditional labor training in acquiring professional experience by students. It integrates the student's knowledge of the world of professions, psychological characteristics of the professional's activities and practical testing of their own individual psychological qualities, attitude to the sphere of professional activity. The article is devoted to the use of one of the innovative forms of career guidance work - professional tests in labor/technology lessons using the potential of network interaction with institutions of additional education.
