This article makes an attempt to briefly summarize the results of the development of production and the social sphere at the Tentelevsky chemical plant at the beginning of the XX-th century. Russian capitalism was not «primal» or «savage», as some authors wrote. Contrariwise, we have demonstrated the progressive development of this chemical plant in this article. Accordingly,we have confirmed the correctness of the thesis about the interdependence between successful development of massive chemical, perfect and science-intensive plant manufacturing and the transformation of social policy methods in it.
