This article examines key aspects of digitalization in education, including the use of interactive platforms (Moodle, Google Classroom), online courses, mobile applications, and gamification. Special attention is given to changes in the role of educators, the need to develop interdisciplinary skills, and the importance of participating in professional communities. The advantages and challenges of digital transformation are highlighted, such as increased accessibility of education, greater student engagement, and the necessity of continuous self-improvement while overcoming resistance to change. The article emphasizes that the successful integration of digital tools into the educational process requires not only technological competence but also an understanding of new pedagogical approaches. Universities, in turn, must support educators by providing access to training platforms and fostering conditions for professional growth. Digital transformation is becoming a key factor in improving the quality of education and enhancing the competitiveness of educators in today’s academic environment.
