The article examines the borrowings from the English language in the field of management and business. It is noted that the vast majority of anglicisms are neologism terms, which justifies the process of the emergence and consolidation of business-related anglicisms in the Russian language. It is noted that the use of abbreviations in the field of management and business demonstrates the principle of linguistic economy. It is noted that in the group of terms that are tracing papers, semantic tracing papers prevail over word-forming ones.
