INFORMATION AND INTERPRETATION STRATEGY IN RUSSIAN AND EGYPTIAN POLITICAL DISCOURSE DURING THE PERIOD OF THE CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC

The aim of our study is to examine one of the main strategies used in the speeches of the presidents of Russia and Egypt during the period of the Coronavirus pandemic and to highlight linguistic tools for implementing this strategy. The relevance of the study is that it addresses one of the most important challenges facing modern humanity. The study of political discourse during the Coronavirus pandemic is important, because it shows the impact of this problem on the choice of proven strategies and tactics. While analyzing the material, we managed to reveal similarities and differences in the methods of implementing the information-interpretation strategy and its tactics.
