Bedenko Eduard Vladimirovich  (Postgraduate student Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University )

The topic of barbaric truths is an important aspect of historical science, which provides an opportunity to better understand the social organization, legal norms and cultural characteristics of the tribes that inhabited Europe in the early Middle Ages. Barbarian truths are sets of laws based on local traditions and customs that regulated the lives of various peoples, such as the Germans, Slavs and Celts. They are a valuable historical source that allows us to explore the legal, economic and social aspects of early Medieval society. Research on the influence of the Romans on the barbarian kingdoms is based on an analysis of a variety of sources, including letters, legal documents, archaeological finds, and literary works. This provides a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between the Romans and the barbarians. Letters and documents help to understand how the Romans adapted to the new conditions and what rights they retained. Archaeological finds show the influence of barbarian traditions on Roman culture, and literary works help to restore political and social interactions between cultures. The study of this topic requires a comprehensive approach and analysis of various aspects, such as legal, social, cultural and economic The described works by significant authors provide an opportunity to create a holistic view of the process of Roman integration into the barbarian environment and the changes that occurred as a result of this interaction, tracing its impact on the subsequent history of Europe. Studying the position of the Romans in the barbarian kingdoms is necessary not only to understand the historical context of this era, but also to identify the mechanisms of interaction between different cultures. The analysis of these processes can help modern historians to better understand the dynamics of cultural exchanges and assimilation processes, which is no less relevant in the framework of modern research on migration and cultural integration.
