The article examines various aspects of resource partnership in solving the problem of improving the quality of professional training of specialists for industries. It shows the role of resource partnership between a university and business as an effective factor in improving the quality of industry training focused on international standards while increasing the activity of interaction between educational structures and enterprises for the purpose of designing educational programs, introducing advanced educational technologies for training qualified personnel that meet the demands of the labor market.
