The article is devoted to the analysis and identification of the areas of content of professional training of teachers to work with the pioneer organization in light of the requirements of the new time and the personally oriented approach. The purpose of the study is to analyze and identify the main substantive areas of professional and pedagogical training of personnel to work with the pioneer organization of China in light of the personally oriented approach. The hypothesis of the study based on the assumption that in the conditions of the new time, the effective development of the personality of a schoolchild within the pioneer organization can be ensured by updating the areas of content of the professional training of a teacher. Research methods. General logical methods used: analysis, synthesis, interpretation, systematization and generalization of data. The empirical array of the study included state documents on education issues, the pedagogical heritage of the classics of pedagogical science, the results of scientific research by Chinese scientists, and materials from scientific journals published in Russian and Chinese. Results. The new era required significant changes in the work of children's and youth organizations and associations in China; the revision of the goals of schoolchildren's associations required updating the areas of professional training of teachers to work with pioneer organizations based on a personality-oriented approach.
