USING DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES TO DEVELOP FOREIGN LANGUAGE COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE IN STUDENTS

The intensification of interaction between our state and other countries in all spheres of life makes the problem of forming communicative competence of future specialists the most urgent. The purpose of our study is to reveal the potential of digital technologies for forming foreign language communicative competence of students. Analysis of domestic and foreign studies showed that digital technologies provide great opportunities in forming a flexible, interactive environment for interaction of participants in the educational process, in developing active cooperation. It has been established that they contribute to the construction of an individual learning route, which has a positive effect on the formation of communicative skills. Also, problematic issues related to the reduction of personal interaction between the teacher and the student, as well as their information overload, have been identified. The need for an integrated approach, including both digital technology and traditional teaching methods, has been determined.
