DYNAMICS OF THE USING OF MYTHOLOGICAL VOCABULARY IN MEDIA AND NEW MEDIA TEXTS IN THE PERIOD FROM 2020 TO 2024

This article examines the specifics of the use of mythologemes denoting a particular element of a certain mythology, and mythologemes as lexical units implementing mythologemes in the text in the discourse of the media and new media. The study is conducted within the framework of the analysis of the correlation between the events of reality and changes in the lexical composition of publications in the media and new media. The dynamics of the use of mythologemes related to various mythologies is studied. The dependence of the manifestation of the dynamics of the use of a mythologeme on the mythology to which it belongs is revealed. Some mythologemes are presented, the use of which has increased or changed meaning over time.
