THE MODEL OF FORMATION OF PRACTICAL COMPETENCIES OF LOGISTICS PERSONNEL THROUGH UNIVERSITY-ENTREPRENEURIAL COOPERATION AND EVALUATION OF ITS EFFECTIVENESS

The article reveals a problem of forming the practical competencies of logistics personnel in the context of the transformation of logistics processes and the digitalization of the economy. The research suggests a model for the formation of practical competencies based on university-entrepreneurial cooperation, which provides for a three–level training system in the format of «courses – trainings – projects». The model describes the structure and content of each level. The results of the study confirm the effectiveness of the proposed model in the formation of demanded practical competencies of logistics personnel. The purpose of the article is to develop a model for the formation of practical competencies of logistics personnel based on university-business cooperation, which provides for a three–level training system «courses – trainings – projects». The research objectives are to develop a model for the formation of practical competencies of logistics personnel based on university-entrepreneurial cooperation, with an emphasis on the informed choice and application of methods aimed at improving student's practical skills and evaluating its effectiveness. The research methodology is based on a systematic approach. The methods of the general scientific group were used in the work: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, as well as the formal-logical approach. Based on the results, the author concluded that the construction of a university-entrepreneurial cooperation is considered as an effective mechanism for improving the quality of training specialists capable of successfully working in an innovative economy.
