The article is devoted to the urgent problem of developing pedagogical communication between parents and preschool children through the use of a rich arsenal of folk pedagogy tools. In the context of the revival of the principle of national education and introducing children to the traditions of their native culture, this study is of particular importance. The purpose of the article is to reveal the theoretical and practical aspects of developing pedagogical communication between parents and children through the prism of methods and tools of folk pedagogy. The authors emphasize that pedagogical communication in the family is extremely important for a child at all stages of his personality formation, it broadens his horizons and promotes the development of knowledge, skills, abilities, the formation of intelligence and the development of mental processes, feelings, will, and the emotional sphere.
The article examines the substantive features of the concept of "pedagogical communication", highlights its key functions: communicative, perceptual and interactive. Particular attention is paid to the characteristics of the main tools of folk pedagogy, such as folklore, folk games, holidays and rituals, etc., which can be effectively used by parents in the process of communicating with children. The article summarizes the experience of the conducted research on identifying the level of application of folk pedagogy by parents of young children in the process of upbringing at the center "Motherhood" of the charitable foundation "Metallurg" in Magnitogorsk. As a result of the research, recommendations were developed for the development of pedagogical communication between parents and children by means of folk pedagogy, including introduction to folklore, active use of small forms of folklore, taking into account age characteristics and maintaining the culture of pedagogical communication in the family. The article also emphasizes the importance of educating parents about the effectiveness of folk pedagogy for the harmonious development of parent-child relationships.
