SOCIAL AND PSYCHO-PEDAGOGICAL FACTORS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF TEACHERS’ PROFESSIONAL CREATIVE ACTIVITY

The article presents an analysis of the key social and psycho-pedagogical factors that determine the development of teachers' professional creative activity. Based on a theoretical review of Russian studies and the results of an empirical study, internal (personal) and external (environmental) conditions influencing the formation of a teacher as a creative subject of professional activity are highlighted. The structure of professional competence in the context of creative activity is examined, including motivational, cognitive, activity-based, and reflexive components. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the relationship between teachers' satisfaction with various aspects of their professional activity (psychological climate, financial incentives, growth prospects) and their readiness for creative search and self-development. The paper concludes that external socio-pedagogical conditions are mediated by the teacher's inner world, acting either as a stimulus or a barrier to professional creativity.
