DEVELOPMENT OF SIBERIAN CITIES IN THE POST-REFORM PERIOD

The article analyzes the issues of urban development in Siberian cities during the post-reform period (the last third of the 19th century and the early 20th century). The main areas of activity of local government bodies in urban development are highlighted: the procedure for building urban structures, garbage collection, road construction, and sanitation issues in Siberian cities. Based on the historical sources provided, the main achievements and challenges in urban development in Siberian cities during the post-reform period are identified.
