APPLICATION OF PEDAGOGICAL SUPERVISION IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

This article explores the application of pedagogical supervision in the educational process. Pedagogical supervision is an effective tool for supporting educators and improving the quality of the educational experience. The primary goal of supervision is to create a safe and supportive environment where educators can openly discuss their challenges, receive constructive feedback, and develop strategies to improve their practice. The article delves into the types and forms of pedagogical supervision. It provides a comparative analysis of the three main forms of supervision: administrative, educational, and supportive. The advantages and disadvantages of group, individual, and crisis supervision are discussed.
