PERSONAL POSITION AS A SUBJECT OF AN INDIVIDUAL EDUCATIONAL TRAJECTORY

This article examines the individual's position as the primary influence on a student's individual educational trajectory. Particular attention is paid to the importance of personal motivation, identity, and self-determination in the educational process. A pedagogical model aimed at supporting the individual educational needs and goals of each student is presented. The expected results of testing the pedagogical model are discussed. Criteria for the effectiveness of the developed pedagogical model are identified.
