Over the past two decades, one of the main conditions for the implementation of national projects on healthcare, education, and demography has been to improve the quality of life of Russians, including through aerobic, strength, and neuromotor exercise, which is facilitated by high-quality physical education teaching to university students, motivating them to engage in regular sports activities, forming healthy lifestyle habits, and increasing the number of students in higher schools who are systematically engaged, thereby contributing to the healthy longevity of citizens in the long run. Digital technologies help to calculate the load on the body, build an individual trajectory of the training process, calculate the risks and minimize pathological changes in the body that hypothetically may occur during unbalanced physical exercises, as well as set well-planned and achievable goals. Currently, teaching of this type in higher schools is at the initial stage of digitalization development, as it requires the integration of new technologies into the curriculum and certain technical equipment. Nevertheless, the available resources of more than half of Russians make it possible to include in the educational process certain tools that improve the organization of sports and physical education.
