The article reveals the specific characteristics of dialogical discourse that functions within the framework of intercultural communication. Dialogical discourse is a complex and multifaceted phenomenon that closely intertwines linguistic and cognitive aspects with the linguistic and cultural characteristics of the participants. The authors argue that the structure of dialogue is not only determined by the rules of language and the cognitive abilities of the participants, but also by their values, culture, communicative goals, intentions, and social context. The article concludes that the ethnic values of one linguistic culture exist in a communicative relationship with the values of other linguistic cultures that coexist with them, which forms the cognitive and communicative basis of intercultural communication.
