A COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF HYPER-HYPONYMIC RELATIONS IN THE SEMANTIC FIELD “SUCCESS” IN ENGLISH AND RUSSIAN LANGUAGES

The purpose of the research is to compare and highlight the similarities and differences of hyper-hyponymic relations in the semantic field “Success” in English and Russian languages. The study reveals a similar structural organization of hyper-hyponymic relations in the two languages. The analysis also reveals absolute synonymy and polysemy of certain lexemes.
