FUNDAMENTALS OF USING A CORPORATE KNOWLEDGE BASE AS A MENTORING TOOL IN GOVERNMENT INSTITUTIONS

This article examines the concept of a knowledge base and discusses the types and methods of developing knowledge bases in government agencies for the purpose of establishing a mentoring system. It also examines the specifics of using a knowledge base as a mentoring tool for employees in government agencies. A format for developing a knowledge base for government agencies based on the use of a knowledge base as a mentoring tool is proposed.
