The article substantiates the theoretical and practical significance of the integration of relaxation techniques into the physical education program for university students as a means of psycho-emotional stabilization in modern education. The challenges of psycho-emotional stress caused by the intensive learning process and digital overload are considered, and the state of the issue in the Russian pedagogical literature is analyzed, where arguments in favor of relaxation prevail with reservations about its auxiliary nature. A conceptual model of system integration has been developed, including diagnostic, preparatory, basic and control stages using the Spielberger–Hanin technique, breathing exercises, progressive muscle relaxation and assessment of cortisol dynamics, which ensures the harmonization of physical and mental health. The theoretical novelty lies in the creation of a conceptual model for the integration of relaxation techniques into the physical education program for the psycho-emotional stabilization of students, eliminating the gaps in existing approaches through personalization and reproducibility in standard curricula.
