Subjects and objects of migration policy as a matter of sociological analysis

immigration policy as an independent system, consisting of management and managed subsystems. In the control system includes: legislative, executive, judicial authorities, federal, national, regional levels forming the goals and objectives of migration policy. Due to the fact that the study of the controlling subsystem is more concerned with political and legal science needs sociological analysis facilities management, the most important elements of the control object migration supports the migration flow, migrants, diaspora.
