Culture as a system factor of economy and territorial development

The article examines the approaches to the use of various instruments of influence on economic relations in the field of culture and determines their proposed methods of evaluating the economic effectiveness of cultural activities. The authors state that in order to create a new economy of culture it is necessary to form a new system of statistical reporting, as well as to regard culture as a system factor of economic and urban development.
