Ethnic relations in the modern Orenburg region

On the basis of statistical data this article provides an analysis of the ethnoconfessional situation and ethnic relations in the modern Orenburg region. Presented the results of the opinion polls, which show the dynamics of the local population's attitudes towards migrants. The author made recommendations to authorities to maintain a system of ethnological monitoring and to establish cooperation of municipalities with national-cultural associations through the creation of the public councils.
