Osa locus of n.n.Blinov, a famous udmurt scien- tist, ethnographer, public person and a priest; his role in the foundation of local lore science

Sapozhnikova Tat'yana Vladimirovna  (Federal state budgetary educational institution of the higher vocational training «the Perm state pedagogical university"(PSPU)")

Osa’s area study holds a prominent place in Perm region in terms of the number of local historians and the quality of the researches. There was a necessity to collect systematize and generalize the materials about the development of the local area study. This article is to be used as a basis for the future local lore researches. The author estimates the role of N. Blinov, an udmurt scientist, who is considered to be the father of Osa local lore study.
