Lexical-word-formation archaisms in the works of A. Solzhenitsyn, "Two hundred years together"

In the article, the author analyzes archaic words vocabulary-word-building in "Two hundred years together" by Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn. The author finds components of description of archaic words vocabulary-word-building as elements of the writer’s idiostyle. She arrives at the conclusion that the lexical units addressed allow extending the semantics of the context by not only their substance, but also the form applied. The author of the article considers the masterful interweaving of archaic words into the contexture of the work as one of the most outstanding characteristics of A.I.Solzhenitsyn’s idiostyle.
