Interpersonal relationships in the sports group as a condition of the formation of sports culture

Young people involved in sports activities, different from their peers, which can be explained by several factors, among which are the leading moral standing, such as the responsibility to fulfill the responsibilities, commitment, determination, and many others. The identity of the young athlete in a sports team is formed, and the important task of the coach is to create all necessary conditions for the climate in the group has a positive effect on interpersonal relationships involved, avoiding aggression, deception, and win at all costs.
