Congresses Ural Miners on the construction of railroads in the Southern Urals in the late XIX century

This article provides a brief history of the construction of railways in the Urals in the second half of XIX century. And also the discussion on V and VI Congress of Miners Urals (1897-1898 gg.) Issue of the construction of sidings and branches from major highways to separate mountain factories and mines of the Urals .Particular attention is given to the standpoint of controlling the Inzer gornozavodsk district mining engineer G.E. Dietz outlined them in a memo VI Congress , in which he gives a detailed characterization of the projected railway line Ufa - Mount Magnet , indicates, through which plants should go this way and what is its importance for economic development of mountain plants and crafts of the Southern Urals .
