The development of professional competence of teachers working with children with disabilities, we understand as a multilevel process, therefore, requires a certain system in order to identify the mechanism of development of the individual professional and organized them in teaching.
Real pedagogical practice shows that teachers working with children with disabilities, the components of professional competence, as a rule, may be at different stages of development or absent. Dynamics of development of professional competence of a teacher is determined by the change of reproductive level actions and operations creative; harmonization and complexity of activity and communicative components of pedagogical competence.
