In this article are presented the interrelation and interdependence of the organization's efficiency and motivation/demotivation of staff. Analyzes the forms of existence of demotivation, particularly the formation of hidden and open demotivation. Focuses on the unfairness of the reward, as the instrument for forming the demotivation of staff. Specific examples of the causes and manifestations of demotivation in the workplace.
