The problem essentially non-formal education in the works of V.I. Charnolusky

The article discusses the views V.I. Charnolusky, one of the leaders of Russia's socio-pedagogical movement of the early XX century, in the non-formal education. Analyzed its contribution to the understanding of the nature of non-formal education, teaching, and described the organizational and legal principles of non-formal education, put forward by V.I. Charnolusky.
