Islam and the crisis of scientific outlook in the post-Soviet Tajikistan

In this paper we try to analyze the problem of penetration of Islam in all spheres of life, particularly in the cultural and spiritual part. It is about the relationship between Islam and the secular science, which is an important element of the culture. For the object of research, we chose the academic science that many Soviet years directed, created and formed the scientific and secular outlook of many generations of Tajiks. We also try to study and analyze the state of these sciences in the post-Soviet history of the country. Moreover, we want to understand whether these sciences resist the invasion of Islamic ideology and worldview of the modern Tajik society.
