Baku oil export northern route: direction selection

The article is dedicated to a selection of a route for early Caspian oil export. It analyzes advantages and disadvantages of Baku- Novorossiysk Pipeline and Baku-Supsa Pipeline, railways to the Black Sea ports of Georgia, an opportunity of oil exchange with Iran.
