National policy of Russian Empire in the late 19th – early 20th centuries and programmes of national-political parties

The article says about Russian Empire’s national policy in the western regions of the country and programmes of russian main national-political parties in the late 19th – early 20th centuries. The main objective of state policy at that time was unification of all regions of the country. This policy was careful and balanced, it didn’t lead to national separatism and was supported by the most national parties.
