Use of active training technologies in formation of teachers-psychologists professional competences

Formation of professional competence of modern teachers-psychologists should be based not only on traditional methods of teaching, but also on the use of innovative technologies. We believe that one of the most important and most effective innovations in this area are active teaching methods. The analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature on the problems of active learning has made it possible to identify several methods that are most suitable for the formation of the professional competence of teachers-psychologists. These include: business game, debate, case method, and project method. The author presents the authoring of the activities within the framework of these active learning technologies.
