Improvement of students’ independent work control

Obukhova Larisa   (The Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation ( Moscow))

The article raises the question of the correlation between the independent students’ work and its control forms: oral, written and testing on the basis of application of information technologies. It also points to the increasing role of situational tasks (mini–cases) that allow students to combine theoretical and practical skills. The use of information technology opens up new possibilities both in terms of the organization of independent work ( e-learning) and the evaluation of the results. The new approach makes the learning process more flexible, more individually directed while the process of control becomes more perfect.
