On the issue of the formation of phraseological units based on proverbs and sayings

The article reveals the systemic and non-systemic relations of processes, the level of research in the phraseology of the problems established in the theses. The exposes the formation models of phraseological units on the basis of paremiological constructions. It is revealed here that the formation of structure element of paremies as phraseological unit and transformation of the compound sentence modeled proverbs into phraseological unit and other forms bear system character in Russian language. All sorts of this of process is connected with the translingushe significance of phraseology.
