Main resource problem in the tourism industry - lack of qualified specialists with knowledge of foreign languages

The article focuses on the problem of lack of qualified specialists knowing foreign languages in the tourism industry, as far as modern society needs well-educated, competitive professionals with good knowledge of languages. The author describes the project method which is viewed nowadays as one of the innovative technology for the solution of the problem.
