Presentation of stylistic and territorial labels of phraseological units in bilingual dictionaries (English-Spanish dictionaries)

The article examines the issues of fixation of stylistic and territorial labels of phraseological units in bilingual phraseological and general English-Spanish dictionaries. A quantitative and qualitative analysis of existing print and electronic dictionaries was conducted in order to determine how thoroughly these types of labels are presented in dictionary entries. The study showed how relevant it is to create a bilingual English-Spanish phraseological dictionary that would reflect a more realistic picture of the stylistic and territorial variety of English phraseology.
