Akmeological concept of formation of the educational environment within the framework of foreign language teaching

This work is devoted to the problem of formation of educational environment in teaching foreign languages on the basis of the acmeological approach. To develop a multilingual and multicultural personality in the globalizing world community, in the situation of information and innovation cultures it is necessary to introduce the principle of continuous linguistic education in professional based on the self-development of linguistic personality, his/her self-improvement, self-control, self-correction, as well as self-reorganization under the influence of new requirements, both internal related to the implementation of personal interests and external caused by professional activities and social changes. Continuous linguistic education takes into account the andragogical principles focused on the involvement of the adult learner in the organisation of his/her own learning process. Among the basic components of continuous linguistic education we consider linguistic competence, intercultural competence, language culture of personality, creative language personality, acmeological culture of a language personality.
